Zuppr provides a marketplace for ordering food, groceries, and convenience items from participating merchants. We act as a technology platform and are not responsible for the products or services offered by merchants or delivered by drivers.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By placing an order, you authorize Zuppr to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation and refund policies may vary by merchant. Zuppr will facilitate refunds only when eligible and in accordance with our refund policy.
Merchants are independent partners and not employees of Zuppr. Zuppr is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or products.
You may request to delete your Zuppr account at any time by contacting us at contact@vorsto.io. Deletion may result in the loss of data related to your account and orders as required by law or business operations.
Zuppr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zuppr after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
